You will:

  • Own the Merchandising strategy for Wellness & Beauty category with the goal of continuously enhancing the Customer Experience, engagement and monetization.

  • Create and maintain the Merchandising roadmap; translate it into tactical actions, execute and/or oversee the execution of these.

  • Test and optimize merchandise presentation, assortment and pricing.

  • Collaborate with content creators to conceive and tell product stories.

  • Identify market trends, new product opportunities, and vendors. Manage vendor relations and the buying function for Wellness & Beauty products.

  • Determine Merchandising KPIs, analyze product performance and customer behavior, provide recommendations in alignment with business goals.

  • Work cross-functionally to uphold the brand message and product story and partner with other departments to ideate campaigns and promotions.

  • Participate in building out the network of content creators for Wellness & Beauty category.

Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years Wellness & Beauty Merchandising experience, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

  • You can generate big picture strategy and also execute on tactics to bring your strategy to life.

  • Previous buying experience is a big plus.

  • Prior experience with Wellness & Beauty content creators and/or lifestyle brands is a plus.

  • You have a creative eye as well as a strong business acumen.

  • You take ownership of your area, are proactive and results-oriented. You take pride in your work and continually strive to attain greater achievements.

  • You are an innovative and analytical thinker with customer-first mindset and an effective problem-solver.

MERCHANDISING & BUYING MANAGER, ENSMBL (Wellness & Beauty, E-commerce)

  • Lead the digital marketing discipline for the lifestyle brand and generate quality e-commerce traffic growth.

  • Own all current and future Digital Marketing channels.

  • Create and maintain the Digital Marketing strategic roadmap.

  • Work cross-functionally to conceptualize and execute growth programs.

  • Budget, generate and improve Digital Marketing campaigns from conception to creative to execution to analysis.

Requirements:

  • You have built out successful Acquisition programs leading to considerable growth and conversion, preferably in an e-commerce setting.

  • You are an expert in Paid Social Advertising and have a proven track record of generating substantial quality traffic.  

  • You have experience with Influencer and Search Marketing.

  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.

  • You have deep knowledge of social media platforms, success measurements and trends.

  • Prior experience with lifestyle brands, Wellness/Beauty space and e-commerce is a big plus.

  • You enjoy working with data and can solve problems, optimize campaigns and establish benchmarks through continuous analysis and testing.

  • You take ownership of your area and are proactive and results-oriented. You take pride in your work and continually strive to attain greater achievements.
